GRADUATES

When you join the Redenbach Legal Gaduate Program, you will immediately experience how our firm is distinct from the rest. Our Graduate Program provides an opportunity for exposure to all practice areas across the firm, involving both litigious and transactional work. From your first day, you will be working with leaders in the profession, have your opinions heard and given autonomy to progress matters.

At Redenbach Legal, we invest in our graduates and pride ourselves on the ability to develop brilliant legal minds.

At Redenbach Legal you will work closely with the solicitors of the firm and have the opportunity to learn and expand your skills by immersing yourself in meaningful work for clients from the beginning of your career. We aim to make the transition into our Graduate process seamless as after our initial induction, you will be immediately assigned to a senior practitioner who will provide mentorship and regular feedback throughout the program.

Graduates may expect to be working with a number of large scale contracts, ranging from construction matters, to property acquisitions, and even involvement with sporting clubs and members.

Our regular clients include NSW Councils and statutory authorities, as well as large commercial businesses including developers, professional sports clubs and entertainment venues in Sydney.

At Redenbach Legal we offer support for Practical Legal Training of our Graduates and understand the need for flexibility for your studies. You will be able to enjoy comprehensive professional development program, educational support and secondment opportunities to our regional offices. We are a firm that genuinely cares about your professional development and well-being.

A strong academic record and extra-curricular experience will be highly valued. We admire dedication and commitment to the goals of the firm and are open to any candidate who can contribute to our collegial and team based environment.

Application Process

Applications are open to recent graduates or those completing their degree in the year prior to the commencement of the program. Please attach a copy of your academic transcript along with a resume and cover letter. This information will allow us to obtain an overview of your skills, previous experiences and suitability for the Graduate program.

All enquiries about the Graduate program can be emailed to admin@redenbachlegal.com

Recruitment Process

We understand that the Graduate process can be a daunting time for applicants and that is why we have strived to keep the process simple and accessible. Applicants will be shortlisted by a selection panel that will allow each applicant an opportunity to be assessed fairly and impartially. Candidates who are shortlisted will then be invited to attend individual interviews with our selection panel, which will provide you with an opportunity to show us how you are a cultural fit for the firm. Successful candidates will then be notified of their acceptance into the Graduate program in writing.
