We act on matters relating to employment, industrial relations and work health and safety.

 

Our firm has been involved in numerous industrial relations matters pertaining to employment relations and anti-discrimination. Our team has experience in advising on workplace safety investigations and has advised parties in relation to coronial inquests arising from workplace fatalities.

 

We have assisted clients in drafting and developing internal processes. We maintain significant contact with human resources managers and advised on risk management.

 

We have developed policies and programs where employee concerns are voiced and addressed in a respectful manner, and a relationship between employee and human resources manager is maintained.
